Can my team earn AI certifications through Empath?

Yes, your employees can work toward certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals, but Empath does not issue certifications itself. As of October 2026, the AI & Copilot list includes 17 current certifications from Microsoft and GitHub. The certification comes from its owner, such as Microsoft, and Empath tracks the learning toward it.
