Can I build training pathways from Empath's courses?
Yes. You can add Empath's courses to a pathway and assign it to your team. Two pathway templates give you a head start: the T1 pathway for Tier 1 onboarding and the Account Manager pathway. You copy a template, replace the placeholder lessons with your own SOPs, then publish it and assign it.
Does Empath have CompTIA certification prep?
Yes. Empath has produced 19 courses with Professor Messer for the CompTIA exams current as of October 2026: 9 for A+, 5 for Network+ and 5 for Security+. Empath does not issue certifications. The courses help your techs prepare, and your techs take the exam with CompTIA itself. Every Empath Learn seat also has the Curated Collection, whose hands-on labs cover CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+.
