Curated Collection or Bigger Brains?

In Empath Grow, each client has the Curated Collection or Bigger Brains, not both.

The Collection is the deeper choice for clients with many HR topics: more than 1,500 HR and compliance titles, including state and Canada editions. It includes Bigger Brains courses overall, but the Bigger Brains harassment editions above are separate choices. Bigger Brains has its own smaller set of conduct and privacy courses.

Inspired eLearning can be added to either catalog. Premium catalogs work the same on Grow Lite, but that plan is watch-only and does not allow assigning. See Grow and Grow Lite.

Which compliance training can I offer my clients' employees?

Empath Grow lets an MSP offer harassment prevention, conduct, HR law and privacy courses through premium catalogs. The Curated Collection has more than 1,500 HR and compliance titles, while Bigger Brains has a smaller safety and compliance group. Inspired eLearning can be added for focused employee and supervisor courses. Choose topics from the client's actual work and current requirements.

Are there state and Canada editions for my clients?

Yes. The Curated Collection has harassment-prevention titles named for eight US states, plus Canada and Ontario compliance titles. Bigger Brains has employee and supervisor harassment editions named for six states. Inspired eLearning has a California wage and hour course for supervisors. A location in a title does not prove that a course meets the client's current legal requirement; confirm that separately.

How do I track who finished annual training?

On Empath Grow, your MSP assigns the training to a client's members with a due date, then sees who has finished on that client's Progress tab. A client's own managers also have their own reports. For training that repeats every year, plan the next year's assignment with the client when you set it up.

Should a compliance client use the Curated Collection or Bigger Brains?

The Curated Collection is the broader choice for a client that needs many HR, conduct and privacy topics, including Canada and Ontario editions. Bigger Brains offers its own harassment editions and a smaller set of related courses. In Empath Grow, each client has the Curated Collection or Bigger Brains, not both. Inspired eLearning can be added to either choice.

Does compliance training work on Grow Lite?

Yes. Premium catalogs work the same way on Empath Grow and Grow Lite, so a Grow Lite client can watch courses in its selected catalogs. Grow Lite is watch-only and cannot assign courses. If your MSP needs to assign courses and track the client's progress for annual training, use Grow and its client Progress tab.
