This page lists what changed in the Empath Terms of Service and when. Section A11.14 of the Terms requires it: Empath publishes the current version of each document, keeps prior versions published, and maintains this page.

Nothing takes effect because it is posted here. Effective dates and notice periods come from Section A11.13 and from the version identified in your Order.

Published for the first time, at empathmsp.com/terms/end-customer-terms. They are a Referenced Policy under the Terms and an exhibit to the Empath Grow terms in Part B.
