What Does Vendor & Platform Training Cover?

Vendor and platform training, or MSP software training, teaches your team to set up and use the tools your MSP runs on. In this part of the Empath catalog, that means Rewst, Liongard and Empath itself, plus courses in Microsoft certification tracks. Every Empath Learn seat also includes HaloPSA Training and Setup and the ImmyBot Onboarding Tutorial Series, listed under Information Technology.

Yes, one: HaloPSA Training and Setup, in every Empath Learn seat. It sits with the information technology courses, as does the ImmyBot Onboarding Tutorial Series:

Is there Rewst training in Empath?

Yes. Every Empath Learn seat includes four Rewst courses, about seven hours in all, led by Rewst's own navigators. They run from the 14-minute Rewst crash course and Getting Started with Rewst to Rewst Foundations (100 Series) and Rewst: Clean Automation, for advanced, secure workflows. They come with every plan.

Does Empath have HaloPSA, ImmyBot or Liongard training?

Empath has one course for each, all included in every Empath Learn seat: HaloPSA Training and Setup, the ImmyBot Onboarding Tutorial Series and Introduction to Liongard. Liongard and ImmyBot provided their courses to Empath. In the full course list, the HaloPSA and ImmyBot courses sit under Information Technology and the Liongard course under Vendor & Platform Training.

Can a vendor add its training to Empath?

Yes. If a vendor your MSP uses has no training in Empath, ask for it in the Empath feedback forum and tell the vendor you asked. The vendor does not need a full integration with Empath, and Empath has a simple process that helps vendors build their lessons. Other Empath customers can upvote the same request in the forum.

Are vendor and platform courses in Empath Grow?

No. The 20+ Vendor & Platform Training courses and the HaloPSA and ImmyBot courses are in Empath Learn only, for your own team. Empath Grow, the LMS you resell to your clients, does not include them; it carries premium catalogs such as Clip Training and Inspired eLearning.

Do Empath's Microsoft certification track courses lead to a certification?

Most of them help your employees prepare for a current Microsoft certification, but Empath does not issue certifications. AZ-104: Azure Administrator, for example, works toward Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, current as of October 2026. The exam and the certification come from Microsoft.
