Jordy Bagwell is an instructional designer at Empath, where she helps Navigators build confidence in complex conversations. With eight years of experience as a classroom teacher, she brings an educator’s lens to training, prioritizing clarity, practicality, and real-world application. Jordy is especially passionate about using assessments as tools for learning, not just evaluation. She is also a busy mom of a toddler, with another little one on the way.
