Core includes one branch, TalentLMS Grow three, and Pro fifteen at the published starting brackets. A branch remains a space inside the MSP's TalentLMS account, while course e-commerce sells to individual learners; the cited pages do not establish MSP billing and margin per client.
Empath Grow gives each client a separate tenant and LMS experience. Clients have their own admins and catalog choices, and their managers have their own reports. The MSP creates, manages and bills each tenant, can resell training through Empath's supplier-catalog marketplace, and sees its price, revenue and margin per client in one view. Grow is priced separately from Learn.
After tenant setup, Empath managers can see assigned Microsoft Learn progress alongside other staff training. Empath's ConnectWise PSA integration can create weekly training tickets for assigned courses and add tracked time to the prior week's ticket if it still exists. The current-state help article explains its limits: learner and ConnectWise member emails must match exactly, one Empath tenant connects to one ConnectWise company, and unassigned or historical Learn time does not sync.
TalentLMS offers an API and other integrations. Its published pages do not establish these specific Microsoft Learn progress and ConnectWise PSA workflows. There is no confirmed TalentLMS-to-Empath connection or automatic completion sync.
As checked in October 2026, TalentLMS pricing lists Core at $119 per month for 1–40 users on yearly billing, with one branch. TalentLMS Grow starts at $229 per month for 1–70 users and three branches; Pro starts at $449 per month for 1–100 users and fifteen branches, also billed yearly. A free plan allows up to five users and ten courses. Adding the TalentLibrary course add-on raises Core to $151 per month on yearly billing.
Empath's pricing page lists 10 Learn seats at $300 per month on yearly billing, or $360 per seat per year. Learn includes MSP courses, Microsoft Learn, the Curated Collection with labs and roleplays, plus course authoring. Empath Grow is separately priced. TalentLMS's starting bracket is a platform fee; it does not mean every buyer fills all 40 seats or buys the same included training. Price the seats, courses, practice and client spaces your MSP will use.
