What your client learners see in Empath Grow
The Grow-light experience for client members.
Your clients' members get a focused learning experience: a Library with only the content you give them.
Where they land
- Members land in their Library, and the Library is the only page they use. They don't see Search, the Dashboard, Admin, or content creation tools.
- New members skip the MSP setup steps and go straight into a short welcome, then their Library.
What they can see
- Courses and pathways you passed down from your team.
- Premium catalogs they hold a seat on, and individual premium courses you assigned them.
- They never see the full Empath catalog or Empath livestreams.
Access vs assignment
- Access decides what a member can open. A premium catalog seat gives access to that whole catalog.
- Assignment decides what counts toward their learning plan and your progress tracking. Members can watch anything they have access to, but only assigned content is tracked as assigned work.
- If a member starts content that isn't assigned to them, Empath offers to send an assignment request. See Assigning content and handling requests in Empath Grow.
An empty Library is normal at first
A new member's Library is empty until you assign content or give them a catalog seat. If a course won't open, check that the member has a seat on that catalog.
