This KB outlines the steps to modify live stream subscriptions and email notifications in the Empath platform.
Key Steps
Step 1: Log into Empath 0:14

Access the Empath platform using your credentials.

Ensure you are logged into the correct tenant.
Step 2: Navigate to Live Streams 0:31

Locate the 'Live Streams' option in the top menu.

Click on it to view the list of available live streams.
Step 3: Access Profile Settings 1:07

Click on your profile icon in the top corner.

Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

In the 'Settings' menu, go to the 'Notifications' tab.

Review your current subscription status (likely set to 'All').

Choose to unsubscribe or select individual live streams to receive notifications for.
