Managing a client's members in Empath Grow
Invite, import, and manage the people in a client organization.
From a client's detail page under Admin > Empath Grow, you manage the people in that client organization. The client's own owner can also manage their members.
What you can do

Invite a member by email.

Bulk-import members with a CSV file.

Change a member's role.

Resend a pending invite.

Remove a member.
How members sign in
Empath is passwordless. Invited members sign in with Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace, or with an email magic link. There is no password to set.
What members can access
Base client members are confined to their learning library and see only the content and catalogs you assign them. They never see the full Empath catalog.
