You enable Grow once per account. After that, Admin > Empath Grow becomes your Grow dashboard.
Before you start

A payment method must be on file. Enabling Grow charges your card on file, so add one first if you have not.

You need a billing-capable admin role.
Steps
1. Go to Admin > Empath Grow. On your first visit you will see an enable gate instead of the dashboard.
2. Optionally, watch the "See how Grow works" explainer video.
3. Choose your base seat quantity. The minimum is 100 seats, and you can start higher.
4. Choose any premium catalogs to include from the bundle picker. The recommended pack is highlighted.
5. Review the billing summary and the two required authorizations: a 12-month term that renews, and automatic expansion of your seat pool when allocations exceed what you have purchased. Both are charged to your card on file.
6. Confirm. Empath creates a single Grow subscription for your account and charges the initial amount. You will see the exact monthly cost before anything is charged.
What happens next

A single pooled Grow subscription is created for your account, separate from your core Empath subscription.

You receive a "Grow enabled" confirmation email.
