How Empath Live Stream and Previously Recorded 'Live' Streams can be assigned and managed.

This KB outlines the steps for assigning and subscribing to live stream content within the Empath platform.
Key Steps
1. Accessing Live Streams 0:23

Log into the Empath platform with an account that has administrative or manager access.

Navigate to the top of the navigation ribbon and click on the 'Live Streams' section.
2. Viewing Upcoming and Past Live Streams 0:28

In the Live Streams section, you will see:

Upcoming live streams that can be added to your calendar.

Past live streams that can be assigned as courses.

3. Assigning a Past Live Stream 0:44

Locate a past live stream you wish to assign.

Click on the ellipses next to the live stream.

Select 'Assign Live Stream'.

Choose the team members you want to assign it to and set a date.
4. Understanding Upcoming Live Streams 1:31

Note that you cannot assign upcoming live streams until they have occurred.

You can only add them to your calendar.
