Getting started as an Empath Grow learner
Accept your invite, sign in, and find your training.
Your organization uses Empath for training. Here is how to get in and find your courses.
1. Open your invite
You'll receive an email invitation. Open it and follow the link.
2. Choose Sign in, not Sign up
Your account has already been created for you, so choose Sign in. Empath is passwordless: continue with Microsoft or Google, or enter your email to receive a magic link. There is no password to set.
3. Find your learning in your Library
After a short welcome, you land in your Library. It shows the courses, pathways and catalogs your organization has given you. Open any item to start.
4. Ask for something that isn't assigned
If you start a course that isn't assigned to you, Empath asks if you'd like to request it. Send the request and your administrator can approve it so it counts toward your learning plan.
Need help?
Your Library may be empty until your administrator assigns you learning. If you don't see content you expect, or you can't sign in, contact your organization's administrator. They manage your access and assignments.
