FAQ: Where Do I Find the Empath Course Catalog?

Summary

You can access Empath’s course catalog either through our public website or directly inside the Empath platform. The public PDF catalog is useful for general reference but is not designed for active partners and may be at least a month behind. Current partners should use the in-platform catalog for the most accurate and up-to-date content and for assigning courses. This KB explains when to use each option.

Option 1: Public Downloadable Course Catalog (Non-Partners)

Use this method if you need a simple, static overview of Empath’s course offerings and do not have access to the app.

• Not searchable

• Not designed for partners actively using the platform

• Does not include custom-made, or tenant imported content

This is the recommended method for current Empath partners.
