FAQ: Is My Empath Content Public or Private to My Tenant?

Content created in your Empath tenant is always private and cannot be accessed by other MSPs. There is no way for tenants to globally publish or share content across the platform.

All content you create inside your Empath tenant is private by default. Other MSPs, other tenants, and the public cannot access your lessons, courses, pathways, or knowledge checks. You cannot publish content globally from your tenant, and nothing you create leaves your environment without your explicit consent.

  • All content you create is tenant-private and visible only to users in your MSP tenant.

  • There is no feature that allows an MSP to publicly publish or share content across tenants.

  • Other MSPs cannot browse, view, or copy your private lessons or courses.

  • In rare cases, Empath may request permission to publish exceptional community-value content with your explicit consent, but this is opt-in and never automatic.

  • You cannot globally publish content yourself. Only Empath can request and approve global publication.
