FAQ: How Do I Download a Video I Uploaded to Empath?
You cannot currently download videos from Empath after upload. Keep local copies of your training content, as only the screen recorder automatically saves a local copy.
Empath does not currently offer a direct way to download videos after they’ve been uploaded. If you recorded with the built-in screen recorder, a local copy is automatically saved during processing. Otherwise, you must rely on the original file you uploaded, which is why keeping local copies of important training videos is considered best practice across all cloud platforms.
