What Are My Options for Logging In to Empath?
Sign in to Empath using an email link, Microsoft, or Google Workspace. Learn which option to use and where to find detailed instructions.
How do I log in?
Go to app.empathmsp.com/login and choose a sign-in method:
- Microsoft: Use your Microsoft work account with the same email address as your Empath account.
- Google: Use your Google Workspace account with the same email address as your Empath account. Personal Gmail accounts are not supported.
- Email link: Enter your Empath account email address, select Continue, and use the sign-in link sent to your inbox.
Empath recommends Microsoft or Google sign-in for daily use. Your organization may require additional authentication steps.
Do I need an Empath password?
No. Empath is passwordless, so there is no Empath password to set or reset. You must already have an Empath account created for your email address.
Does Empath support SAML SSO?
Yes. Organizations that require SAML SSO can contact Empath support to request setup at no additional fee. This is separate from the standard Microsoft and Google sign-in options.

What if I cannot sign in?
If Microsoft or Google sign-in fails, try the email link option. If the email does not arrive, check your spam, junk, and email quarantine.
