Objective

This KB outlines the steps to use the Mark Complete tool in Empath for marking courses as completed, ensuring proper tracking of course progress.

Key Steps

 

1. Accessing the Members Tab 0:33

  • Log into the EMPath website.

  • Ensure you have the manager role to access the Members tab.

 

2. Selecting Your Team 1:07

  • Navigate to the Members tab.

  • Select the team you are a part of (e.g., Core team).

 

3. Locating Your Profile 1:20

  • Find your name in the list of team members.

 

4. Marking Courses as Complete 2:04

  • Under the assignments and courses section, locate the course you want to mark as complete.

  • Click on the ellipses (three dots) next to the course title.

  • Select 'Mark as completed' from the dropdown.

  • If the pathway still shows as overdue, additional steps may be needed.
