This KB outlines the steps to change or assign different roles to a user in the Empath platform, ensuring proper user management and permissions.
Key Steps
Step 1: Log into Empath 0:52

Log into your Empath tenant.

Ensure you have administrative permissions.
Step 2: Access Account Settings 1:09

Click on your profile image in the upper right corner.

Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu.

In the left-hand ribbon, select 'Users'.
