This KB outlines the steps to log into the Empath platform using Single Sign-On (SSO) options, including Google and Microsoft accounts (social SSO)
Key Steps
1. Access the Empath Login Screen 0:09

Navigate to the Empath login screen.

Ensure you are on the correct login page for your Empath account.
2. Choose Your Login Method 0:17

You have multiple options to log in:

Sign in with your email address (a token will be sent to your email).

Sign in with a passkey if Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is set up.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft (SSO options).
