What can owners and admins receive?
These start off until you turn them on. (New companies may have them switched on from day one.)
Executive summary, compliance & seat alerts - Monthly training summary: sent after each month ends, with hours of training, courses completed, active learners and on-time completion. At the end of a quarter, it also compares against the previous quarter. - Compliance risk alert: when your company's overdue rate is high. - Seat alert: when you're close to using all your seats, e.g. Using 92/100 seats (92%). - Adoption is lagging: when your company's completion rate is low some weeks after setup.
Low adoption alerts - No courses assigned yet: a reminder when nothing has been assigned a week after setup. - Low team activity: when only a small share of your team has been active recently. - No recent assignments: when nothing new has been assigned for a couple of weeks.
Good to know
- Keep the monthly summary set to Immediate. In a digest, the numbers are left out.
- Numbers in the summary are measured slightly differently from your Reports page, so they may not match exactly.
