Find Notification settings

Learn where to find Notification settings, both the company page for admins and the personal page every learner has.

Where do I find Notification settings?

There are two pages with similar names. They do different jobs.

For admins and managers: the company page

1. Go to the Admin area.
2. In the sidebar, click Notification Settings.

This page sets the rules for your whole company.

For everyone: your personal page

1. Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner.
2. Click My Account.
3. In the sidebar, click Notification Settings.

This page only changes notifications for you.

Good to know

• You need access to the Admin area (a manager or admin role) to see the company page.
• Under your profile menu there's also Settings → Notifications. That older page only controls live stream reminders and the weekly live stream recap email. It isn't part of Notification settings.
• The bell in the top bar has a gear icon that takes you straight to your personal page. See “Find your notifications (the bell)”.
