What's in Account & system alerts?
The Webhook & account alerts row covers:
- Webhook endpoint unhealthy: sent to your managers and admins when a webhook you set up keeps failing. See “Check a webhook's health”.
- Progress reset: a bell notification when a learner's course progress is reset.
This row is on by default.
Good to know
- If you use webhooks, keep this row on so you hear about problems quickly.
- You can send a copy of these alerts to a shared inbox, such as your PSA. See “Send a copy to a shared inbox (e.g. your PSA)”.
