How to View and Export a List of Users in Your Empath Account

This article explains how to view, verify, and export a list of users in your Empath account depending on your role. It covers how Content Admins view users directly in Account Settings, how Managers export user data from the Members tab, and how to request a full user list from Support if needed.

Determining Users in Your Empath Account

Objective

This KB outlines the steps to identify users in your Empath account based on different user roles.

Key Steps

 

Step 1: Access User List as Content Admin 0:24

  • Log in to your Empath account.

  • Click on your profile drop-down menu.

  • Select Settings.

  • Click on Account Settings.

  • Navigate to Users in the left-hand navigation ribbon.

  • This will display a complete list of all users in your account.

 

Step 2: Export User List as Manager 2:05

  • Ensure you have at least the Manager role.

  • Click on the Members tab in the upper navigation ribbon.

  • Check that your default group 'All' is populated with all members.

  • Click on Export Team Progress to export a list of users and their training progress.

 

Step 3: Request User List from Support 4:22

  • Open the support chat in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

  • Request a list of all users from the support department.

  • This option may take longer but will provide an explicit list.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you have the appropriate role (Content Admin or Manager) to access user lists.

  • The export feature may not provide a clean list of users; duplicates may appear in the CSV export.

  • Regularly check the user list to keep track of active users in your account.
