This SOP outlines the steps to create a training video using the built-in screen recording feature in Empath, ensuring effective communication of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to team members.

Key Steps

 

1. Accessing the Creation Studio 2:13

  • Navigate to the Creation Studio or Content Admin window in Empath.

  • Click on the 'Lessons' option in the lower navigation ribbon.

 

2. Opening an Existing Lesson 2:45

  • Ensure the lesson has a title and descriptive text.

 

3. Adding the SOP to the Lesson 3:03
