This article explains how to use Empath’s built-in feedback system. You can access the feedback forum by clicking the small question-mark icon inside the app, which links to our official feedback portal.

How to Submit Feature Requests and Content Requests

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps for submitting feedback, feature requests, and bug reports on the Empath MSP platform.

Inside the portal, you can:

  • Create new posts for feature requests, content ideas, minor improvements, or bugs that don’t require a support ticket.

  • Follow the submission steps: click Create a Post, add a clear title and description, choose a category and priority, then submit.

  • Your post will appear as “In Moderation” while our team reviews it to filter out support issues, remove sensitive information, or merge duplicate requests.

You can also browse the forum to:

  • Upvote existing requests you’d like to see added.

  • See items labeled by status (Completed, In Progress, In Development, Planned), giving insight into how partner feedback influences our roadmap.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that your feedback does not resemble a support ticket or contain personal information (PI).

  • Feedback that has already been submitted multiple times may be merged or appended by the moderators.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Before submitting feedback, check existing posts to see if your suggestion has already been made.

  • Use clear and concise titles for your feedback to make it easier for others to understand.
