Objective
This KB outlines the steps for employees to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when logging into Empath.
Key Steps
Step 1: Log into Empath 0:40

Employees will log into Empath using their email.

A code will be sent to their email for verification.
Step 2: Access Profile Settings 1:12

After logging in, click on the profile image located in the top corner.

Select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Privacy and Security 1:32

In the profile menu, click on 'Privacy and Security' from the left-hand tab.
Step 4: Set Up MFA 1:39

Click on the option to set up MFA.

Choose to use Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Step 5: Scan QR Code 2:02

Open the authenticator app on your phone.

Click the plus button and select 'Scan a QR Code'.

Scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Enter Verification Code 2:30

Enter the code generated by the authenticator app into the provided field.

Save the recovery code provided for future reference.
