How to Pull a Progress Report in Empath
Objective
This KB outlines the steps to pull a progress report of a user's activity within the Empath platform for users with manager or admin roles.
Key Steps
1. Verify Permissions 0:14

Log in to the Empath platform.

Check for the 'Members' tab between 'Dashboard' and 'Courses'.

If the 'Members' tab is visible, you have the necessary permissions to pull reports.
2. Access the Members Tab 0:37

Click on the 'Members' tab to access the team view.
3. Set the Date Range 0:55

In the team view, locate the date range settings.

Set the desired date range for the report (e.g., 'All Time' for a comprehensive report).
4. Select the Employee 1:38

Use the drop-down list to find the employee for whom you want to pull the report.

Click on the employee's name to view their specific information.
5. Locate the Progress Report Button 2:02

Scroll down to find 'Assigned Courses'.

Look for the small PDF button next to it.
6. Export the Report 2:12

Click the PDF button.

Choose to export the progress report as either a PDF or CSV format.
7. Review the Report 2:33

Open the downloaded report to review the user's progress.

Note that the report reflects only the content assigned to the employee.
8. Export Team Progress (Optional) 3:44

If needed, click the 'Export Team Progress' button to pull a report for the entire team.
Cautionary Notes

The report only includes progress on content that has been assigned to the employee. Any self-initiated content will not be reflected in the report.

Ensure that the date range is set correctly before pulling the report to avoid missing data.
