Key Steps

  • Ensure you have the content admin role in the Empath platform.

  • Look for the 'create' button; if it's visible, you have the necessary permissions.

  • Navigate to the demo tenant.

  • Click on the 'create' button to start creating a knowledge check.

  • Remember that knowledge checks must be placed inside a course or a pathway.

  • They cannot exist independently.
