Grow vs Grow Lite
The two Empath Grow plans, what each lets a client do, and how to change a client's plan.
Every Grow client is on one of two plans. You choose the plan when you add the client, and the whole client organization is on that plan. Different clients can be on different plans.
Grow
- Members watch content in their Library.
- You can assign courses and pathways to the client's members from the client's page, so the work is tracked.
- Track progress on the client's Progress tab.
- Best for clients who want accountability for who has completed what.
Grow Lite
- A watch-only library. Members can open and watch the content they have access to.
- Assigning content isn't available. On a Grow Lite client, Assign content shows Not available on Grow Lite.
- Best for clients who just need access to the content.
On both plans
- Members see only the content you give them, never the full Empath catalog.
- Premium catalogs work the same way on either plan.
- Members use seats from your shared Grow pool.
Changing a client's plan
To move a client from Grow to Grow Lite or back, contact support. No data is lost when a client changes plans.
