Step 1: Access the Learning Pathways 1:20

Navigate to Learning Pathways.

Click on Pathway Templates to view available templates.
Step 2: Select the Template 1:30

Identify the Account Manager Template or the Express Edition.

Choose the template that best fits your needs.
Step 3: Customize the Template 17:02

Click on the ellipses in the corner of the template.

Select Use as Template to create a copy in your instance.

Edit the template to include your company's mission, vision, values, and specific processes.
Step 4: Fill in Replace Me Sections 5:08

Go through each Replace Me block in the template.

Provide specific content relevant to your MSP, including:

Revenue life cycle understanding.
