Accessing and Using the Activity Log in Empath Admin Panel
Objective
This KB outlines the steps to access and utilize the activity log in the Empath admin panel to track user actions.
Key Steps
1. Log in to the Empath Admin Panel 0:46

Ensure you have admin level access to the platform.

Log in to your Empath account.
2. Access Your Profile Menu 0:53

Click on your profile icon located in the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to Audit Logs 1:11

From the profile menu, select the 'Audit Logs' option on the left-hand tab.
4. Review Audit Logs 1:24

Scroll through the audit logs to view user activities.

Note that the logs will display basic information such as:

Date

Browser agent

IP address used to log in.

If needed, click the 'Download' button to export the audit log as a CSV file.

Be aware that the CSV will only include the current view of the data.
